Payoneer is looking for a community management specialist to join our expanding global marketing team. Responsibilities•Develop and maintain strong relationships with key users and influencers in the Payoneer network•Use various retention and reporting tools to ensure satisfaction of users and growth of company services•Work with the global community and marketing teams to improve the company’s overall brand presence and reputation•In some cases develop relationships via offline methods Skills & Requirements•A Bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing or communications•2-3 years of community management or other relevant experience•Fluent English is required, Mandarin mother tongue•Must work well within the team and be open to feedback•Strong written and verbal communication skills•Proficient in working with computers and programs such as MS Office (excel, powerpoint, etc)
