Job DescriptionYou’ll be responsible for doing the following at the company: Assist managers in daily task and activities.Post, monitor, and organize activities regarding hiring of new employees to the company.Organize and keep track of receipts sent to you by managers into the bookkeeping software of the company.Organize and keep track of receipts sent to you by managers into the personal bookkeeping software of your managers.Perform ad-hoc tasks and activities, whether online or offline, as required by your managers.Assist your managers in supervising other employees in the company.Quickly learn other skills using training provided by the company.Keep your manager’s calendar up-to-date and help schedule appointments and reminders.Ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of the company.Assist you managers to keep track on the subordinates’ performance by using the software assigned. This is a Remote position.
