To administer, register, control, update and in any other way as deemed necessary deal with incoming and outgoing mail, facsimile, documents and other paperwork;Maintain records and proper filing of all Purchasing and Admin documents;Prepare Invoice, DO and PO;To prepare for the Company’s finalization and confirmation of, letters, facsimile, internal and external memorandums, electronic mail and all other correspondences as directed by the Company;To prepare correspondences, reports and tender documents for the relevant project from time to time;
